The Korean Supreme Court did the decision which admits insistence of 4 Koreans who insist "Compulsion worked." during wartime.
As a result, the Seoul High Court ruled in July 2013, which ordered NSSMC to compensate 400 million won (about 350,000 dollars) that the plaintiffs had claimed.
In the postwar compensation litigation in Korea, the order for compensation was confirmed for Japanese companies for the first time.
Republic of Korea
When Japan and South Korea normalize diplomatic relations in 1965, they decide the following things.
1.Japan will provide financial aid of $ 300 million and $ 200 million to South Korea.
2.Problems concerning property, rights and claims of both countries and their citizens (including corporations) are "complete and ultimately resolved".
Obviously it is a treaty violation.

財産及び請求権に関する問題の解決並びに経済協力に関する日本国と大韓民国との間の協定
- 第一条
- 日本国は、大韓民国に対し、(a)現在において千八十億円（108,000,000,000円）に換算される三億合衆国ドル（300,000,000ドル）に等しい円の価値を有する日本国の生産物及び日本人の役務を、この協定の効力発生の日から十年の期間にわたつて無償で供与するものとする。各年における生産物及び役務の供与は、現在において百八億円（10,800,000,000円）に換算される三千万合衆国ドル（30,000,000ドル）に等しい円の額を限度とし、各年における供与がこの額に達しなかつたときは、その残額は、次年以降の供与額に加算されるものとする。ただし、各年の供与の限度額は、両締約国政府の合意により増額されることができる。(b)現在において七百二十億円（72,000,000,000円）に換算される二億合衆国ドル（200,000,000ドル）に等しい円の額に達するまでの長期低利の貸付けで、大韓民国政府が要請し、かつ、3の規定に基づいて締結される取極に従つて決定される事業の実施に必要な日本国の生産物及び日本人の役務の大韓民国による調達に充てられるものをこの協定の効力発生の日から十年の期間にわたつて行なうものとする。この貸付けは、日本国の海外経済協力基金により行なわれるものとし、日本国政府は、同基金がこの貸付を各年において均等に行ないうるために必要とする資金を確保することができるように、必要な措置を執るものとする。前記の供与及び貸付けは、大韓民国の経済の発展に役立つものでなければならない。

- 両締約国は、両締約国及びその国民（法人を含む。）の財産、権利及び利益並びに両締約国及びその国民の間の請求権に関する問題が、千九百五十一年九月八日にサン・フランシスコ市で署名された日本国との平和条約第四条(a)に規定されたものを含めて、完全かつ最終的に解決されたこととなることを確認する。
